Bitsy (aka Sara Nics) informs us about the orignal name (Defiance) and colorful history of Glenwood Springs in Colorado, plus the mineral springs and vapor caves.
Michael connects with Carol and Maddie in the audience who share their memories of having been in the town as young girls. When Lyle is still trying to connect via the phone Michael finds another gentleman also in the audience who has spent a little time in Glenwood Springs hot springs and bought a ten gallon hat! Then he chats with Meredith at the Hot Springs of the Rockies, who enlightens us on the history of the hot springs and it's health benefits.
