This time around Bill Nolte from the legendary bar, The Joynt, stops by; Eric Anderson, president of the National Kubb Championship, shows us his skills and J.E. Sunde plays a little of that Eau Claire folk-pop that everyone loves! Plus two rounds of the quiz and a few more special guests!

Bill Nolte

The owner of the legendary bar The Joynt, stops by to tell Michael of the history and fame of the longtime establishment! Bill Nolte has owned the Joynt since 1971, and between 1974 and 1990 it hosted packed-to-the-rafters shows by top musicians who typically stopped between gigs in Chicago and Minneapolis – performers including Charles Mingus, Dizzy Gillespie, and Koko Taylor.

J.E. Sunde

The singer songwriter takes the the State Theatre stage to play a few 'serious' songs for Michael and the audience!

Eric Anderson

The president of the national Kubb championships, Eric Anderson, stops by to explain and demonstrate just what 'kubb' is. Then Michael has a go and tries out the baton!

Bob Adrian

Bob Adrian from the popular Rump's Butcher Shoppe in Eau Claire stops by with a sausage and cheese platter that John can't keep his hands out of and some fabulous pulled pork sandwiches for Michael and the gang!
